Ms.Vivian Smith, Ms. Joyce Page, Ms. Betty Mitchell, Ms. Janice Watkins Ms. Betty Mitchell, Dietician Ms. Betty Mitchell In August of 1969, Betty became church secretary. During the next 33 years, she served as church secretary, financial secretary and administrative assistant. Betty worked with six different pastors and several interim pastors. Each pastor has enriched her life and taught her much about the Lord's work. Betty retired in May of 2002 and in September of 2004 became the church dietician. Betty feels richly blessed in so many ways and will be eternally grateful. Betty was married to the late Chip Mitchell. They have two children, Susan and Dan.
